The session, “From Footnote to Front Page: Giving Journalists What They Want in Legal Commentary,” addressed the changing ways in which they access and use legal commentary. Assembled and moderated by Brian Costello of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, the panel discussion included how PR pros can more effectively deliver to reporters and editors the information they need when seeking news analysis, with a focus on what role law review articles and other academic materials can play in shaping news coverage.
